Weber State University Lind Lecture Hall

This project was a full mechanical retrofit. This included removing the existing 4 piping system and air handling units while converting the building to a water cooled VRF system. The campus condenser water loop was utilized as the heat sync for the system. Abatement was a big challenge in this old building. WHW was the prime designer on the AE team and managed an architect, electrical, structural, and fire sprinkler engineering team. This was all designed and installed during the difficulties of the early pandemic and in a short time frame.
