UTU Campus View Suites

Phase I, II & III

Utah Technical University is one of the fastest growing Universities in the state of Utah.  As a result, they have a significant demand for on-campus housing and experiences.  The Campus View Suites have provided a significant amount of high-quality housing for the growing student body.  These buildings utilize central chilled water and central high temp water from the campus central plant for heating and cooling.  They have also been designed to use the central high temp water for domestic hot water in the winter, with local high efficiency water heaters to provide domestic hot water in the summers.
